Award-winning Work

Russell Development Company has restored or reconstructed five historic landmark buildings. One, the Thomas Mann Building, was awarded one of four national design awards by the Urban Development Action Grant program. Another, the 1859 Dielschneider Building, is the third oldest commercial building in Portland.
